Cement tiles manufacturing process

Our cement tile is manufactured preparing a paste with white marble powder, white cement, grit and first quality pigments. Applying to all this mixture the proper pressure with a hydraulic press produces enough heat to melt the materials of the mixture and solidify the tile. This manufacturing process by pressing with hydraulic press is what gives name to the cement tile.

Once the tile has been pressed, it is immersed for 24 hours in water and, after this time, it is left to dry for a minimum of 28 days to harden the cement tile and lose all moisture and thus prevent breakage during its transport.
